Seeing a loved on battle with an eating disorder can be a scary, confusing and painful experience. But you don’t have to face it alone. If you are supporting a loved one through an eating disorder, whether they have been diagnosed or not, we can help you.
What we can offer you:
· Phone and email support – having regular check-ins with one of our experienced volunteers who can share their own experiences and help you navigate supporting your loved one;
· Online and face-to-face support groups – to provide you with an opportunity to meet others in a similar situation, to exchange ideas on day-to-day living with a loved one with an eating disorder, and to express thoughts and emotions in a non-judgemental, friendly and understanding environment;
· Workshops, whether ran by our volunteers or carefully chosen partners, that are aimed at providing information and guidance on how to deal with your loved one on a daily basis, as well as your own self-care.
You will find all our contact information under the contact us tab. Once you reach out to us we will arrange a time for you to have a welcome call with one of our team who will explore how we can best support you in your journey.
